AVA enables leading companies like Raiffeisen, Zürcher Kantonalbank, and Helsana to effortlessly generate content for newsletters, marketing, and client communication.
Designed with a modular architecture, the platform prioritizes flexibility—tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring seamless and efficient content creation.
As a team, we transformed the platform into a fully-fledged AI suite that seamlessly meets our clients’ needs. In just five months, I built a robust design system, established a fast and reliable feature discovery-to-prototype pipeline, and rapidly delivered new features for each client.
Turning unclear user flows into a refined design process
When I first started working on the provided user flows, they seemed ready to go—but in reality, they lacked clarity and proper validation.
Turning point
Recognizing this gap, I took ownership of the process. Moving forward, I prioritized a deeper understanding of requirements before jumping into execution. I introduced a more structured approach—validating user flows early, aligning with stakeholders, and ensuring they were tested before design began.
Result
By shifting focus from execution to strategic validation, I improved efficiency, reduced unnecessary revisions, and strengthened collaboration. What started as a challenge became a lesson in proactive design leadership—one that now drives a smoother, more effective workflow.
